Setup Taskly for Mobile

Taskly is fully mobile responsive and designed to be used on all mobile devices. Saving Taskly as a tile on your mobile device means that you can open it anytime at the press of a button. The following instructions outline how to save Taskly as an app tile.

iPhone (Safari)

Safari is required on iPhone for this to work - it won't work from Chrome or other browsers on iOS.

Open app.taskly.co.nz in Safari
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up)
Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen"
Give it a name (or leave it as "Taskly") and tap "Add" in the top right

Taskly will now appear on your home screen as an icon. Tap it to open the app in full screen — no browser address bar, no tabs. Just Taskly.

Android (Chrome and Edge)

Open app.taskly.co.nz
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner
Tap "Add to Home screen" (you may also see this as "Install app" on some devices)
Confirm by tapping "Add"

The Taskly icon will appear on your home screen and in your app drawer, just like any other app.

Android (Samsung Internet)

If your Samsung phone uses Samsung Internet as the default browser:

Open app.taskly.co.nz in Samsung Internet
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right
Tap "Add page to" then select "Home screen"
Tap "Add" to confirm

Desktop (Chrome — Windows, Mac, Linux)

If you manage your business from a computer, you can pin Taskly to your taskbar or dock too.

Open app.taskly.co.nz in Chrome
Click the install icon (a small monitor with a download arrow) in the address bar on the right side — or click the three-dot menu and select "Install Taskly..."
Click "Install" in the prompt
