Plans, Billing and Subscription

An overview of Taskly's plans and how to manage your subscription — including upgrading, changing your seat count, and viewing billing details.

Taskly is billed on a per-seat subscription basis. The following article outlines how plans work, how to subscribe, and how to manage your billing.

Plans

Taskly offers three plans — Solo, Team, and Business — each with a base seat count and the option to add more seats as your team grows. For current pricing, visit taskly.co.nz/pricing.

Admin and Basic staff roles each count as one seat. Info roles do not count toward your seat limit. Learn more about staff roles.

Free Trial

New Taskly accounts start on a free trial. A banner at the top of your dashboard shows how many days remain. You can subscribe to a paid plan at any time before your trial ends — your settings, bookings, and data are preserved.

Subscribe to a Plan

  1. Press See Plans in the trial banner, or go to Settings and select Business then Manage Billing

  2. Choose your plan and select the number of seats you need

  3. Press Subscribe and complete the payment details

Your subscription starts immediately. You can switch plans or adjust your seat count at any time.

Manage Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings and select Business then Manage Billing

  2. From here you can:

    • View your current plan and next billing date

    • Change your plan

    • Update your seat count

    • Update your payment method

    • View and download past invoices

SMS Add-on

SMS notifications are available as an add-on to any plan. Learn how to enable SMS.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Business → Manage Billing and follow the cancellation steps. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
