Taskly allows you to store multiple addresses/sites against a single customer record, each with its own site notes. The following article outlines how to add, edit, and set a primary address.
Go to Customers
Select the Customer
Under Addresses, press New Address
Enter the Address
Add any Site Notes, e.g. access codes, alarm codes, or parking instructions. Site notes will appear on bookings at the site.
Turn on Primary Address if this should be the default going forward. Default addresses are used when a customer is selected when creating a booking internally, you can toggle secondary addresses if you would like to use one of those instead.
Press Save Changes
Site notes are specific to that address and appear on any booking made at that site.
Go to Customers
Select the Customer
Under Addresses, press Edit next to the address
Update the Site Notes as required
Press Save Changes
The address itself cannot be changed once it has been used by a booking. Add a new address instead.
The primary address is shown on the customer list and used to suggest an address when creating a new booking for that customer. Only one address can be primary at a time.
Go to Customers
Select the Customer
Under Addresses, press Make primary next to the address you want to set as default
The first address added to a customer record is automatically set as primary. Adding further addresses does not change this, so update the primary address yourself if a different site should be the default.
