Enable Deposits
Taskly allows you to enable deposits so that you improve cashflow and secure commitment from clients before completing a job. The following article outlines how to enable deposits.
Enable Deposits
Deposits only work when quoting using the Before Booking Starts payment workflow. Customers will be asked to pay the deposit percentage with the remaining balance invoiced by Taskly automatically when the booking is marked as completed.
Click Settings then go to Payment Settings
Scroll to Deposits
Enable the toggle and set the deposit amount you would like to take.
Click Save Changes
