
Taskly has built in smart-logic to ensure that it only asks customers for a review if they have not submitted one in the past 6 months. This prevents customers who have repeat bookings from repeatedly being asked for feedback.
Feedback is requested from customers when you mark a booking as completed.
Go to Settings and select Communication
Scroll to Booking Reviews and Enable/Disable
Choose if you would like to send an Email request, and/or an SMS request. Learn how to enable SMS.
You can edit the message that is displayed with your customer review request - a preview is displayed below the message editor.
Press Save Changes
Go to Settings and select Review Settings
Edit the Form Headers and Messages as desired.

Press Save Changes
If you would prefer to capture positive reviews in your GoogleMyBusiness profile, you can add a Google MyBusiness link.
Taskly will only point customers who want to leave positive feedback at this link.
Customers who select a negative feedback rating will only be captured within Taskly for you to view privately.
Go to Settings and select Review Settings
Enable Show Google Review Link
Enter your Google Place ID.

Press Save Changes
