Taskly generates invoice PDFs directly, so you can download a clear PDF copy of any invoice, paid or unpaid.
The PDF includes your business details and branding, the customer's details, the line items, GST breakdown (if applicable), and the amount due. It also has a PO number, invoice note, and your offline payment instructions.
Go to Invoices or open a booking with an invoice you want to download.
Press Actions (or the three dot menu).
Select Download PDF
The PDF invoice includes your bank details, but does not include an online payment link, so sharing it with a customer will bypass Taskly's invoicing and fee handling. If you want a customer to pay online, they will need to pay using the online Taskly invoice which is in their customer portal - or you can fetch by pressing Copy Invoice Link.
