Add Notes to Bookings

Taskly allows you to add internal comments to bookings to keep track of notes and conversations about a job. The following article outlines how to add and manage comments on a booking.

Comments are internal and visible to your team in Taskly only. They are not shared with the customer. If you want to add a note that appears on the customer's invoice, you can do this when marking the booking as complete.

Add a Comment

  1. Go to Bookings and open the booking you would like to comment on

  2. Scroll to the Comments section

  3. Type your comment in the text editor

  4. Press Add comment

Delete a Comment

  1. Scroll to the Comments section

  2. Find the comment you would like to remove

  3. Press Delete next to the comment

Customer Notes

If a customer has notes saved on their contact record (e.g. a gate pin or access instructions), these will automatically appear on all of their booking records as a reminder.
