Notification Log

The Notification Log gives you a record of every email and SMS Taskly has sent, including whether each notification was delivered successfully.

The Notification Log gives you a record of every email and SMS Taskly has sent from your account. The following article outlines how to use the Notification Log.

View the Notification Log

  1. Go to Notification Log in the left-hand menu

Each entry shows:

  • Sent — the date and time the notification was sent
  • Recipient — the name and email of the person who received it, and whether they are a Customer or User (staff)
  • Notification — the type of notification sent, e.g. Booking Reminder, Booking Confirmed, Quote Created
  • Channel — the delivery method, e.g. email or SMS
  • Success — whether the notification was delivered successfully

If a notification shows as unsuccessful, it may indicate an issue with the recipient's email address or phone number. Check the customer or staff record and update their contact details if needed.

Filter and Search

Use the Search field to find notifications by recipient name or email. Use the Filter icon to narrow results by notification type, channel, or delivery status.
